Mothers day (US) is fast approaching and I am trying to think of something to get my wife from our son. Last year, I did a picture book of his first few months and it was a big hit, so I will probably do another one of those. I want to do something else as well though to add a little more surprise. This person isn't a friend, more like a hired help, who has went above and beyond for me and my family.Their surgery is tomorrow, and I guess I just wanted to give them something to let them know I'm there for them (and i suck at words so I dunno what to tell them)Please help! =( via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2oJgP69
#gifts - #Help! Gift for partner finishing his thesis?
I am so incredibly proud of all the hard work my boyfriend has put into his thesis over the last year and I want to give him something that says "congratulations, you did it and it was amazing". He is completing his strategic studies (defense and military strategies in an international setting) and has a particular interest in Russia, NATO and deterrence. I belive he has written a fair amount on the above and the methodology behind it. Catch is, I am terrible at presents. Beyond terrible. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate your input. In the past I have brought him books on war strategies and Russia, tie clip in the shape of a guitar (he plays) and skincare. Thank you in advance! via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2nYuYxw
#gifts - #Gift Idea for partner.
Basically my main present is a trip for a couple of days. Was supposed to be a surprise but he guessed. Probably because I mentioned the place to him before. But I was thinking of getting him a small parcel of gifts for our trip. So far I'm thinking of a disposable camera for when we go to a wildlife centre and a pair of slippers for going to the toilet (we're staying in a lodge and there's a compost toilet outside).Anything else I could add? via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2ojFUBK
