I just came up with this idea and would like to know what you all think. My girlfriend absolutely loves playing card games, and she also enjoys getting letters in the mail (we are long distance). I decided that I would mail her a single playing card each week of the year (52 weeks in a year, 52 cards in standard deck) with a cringe worthy pun or an inside joke written on each one. At the end of the year, she will have a deck of playing cards in which each card has an individual hand written message on it. I hope the postal service will actually mail a single playing card, but I figured it is not much different than a post card.
