Hi, sorry if formatting is gross. This is kinda dumb and I feel embarrassed asking about it. But In one month my boyfriend and I will have been dating for a year. We have recently graduated high school and first of all I’m getting him an Xbox elite controller- he’s been wanting one all year. I wanted to give him something more sentimental. I have a little notebook, my idea was to write him a small note or love letter, or description of our day spent together for each day of the upcoming month until the date of the anniversary. A little book of love letters. Is this weird ? I'm secret Santa for a good, but not very close friend of mine. I now realize that I don't know enough about him to gift him something unique. I like him very much though, it's just that we never have much time to meet. He is a big fan of the soccer team in our little city. I thought I could buy him a scarf, or hat, (or something like that) with the team logo on it, but he probably already has enough merchandise articles. He also likes beer and good food. Food in general, but unfortunately not cooking. He is going to live in his first own house with his girlfriend, but only in 2020. Until then he is living in a small apartment - means, I shouldn't buy him too much stuff for their house. To be honest: I'm a at a loss right now and I'd really appreciate your input.
