#gifts - #Need help fleshing out a gift idea for my girlfriend!

So recently my girlfriend and I moved to a different state for grad school. Now our friends and families are spread all across the states. My idea was to send one single big card to all of our friends and family members and have them each sign it, mail it to each other, and finally send it back to us.But I want to do something more than just a card. I'm having trouble figuring out what sort of gift that everyone can be a part of in some way. One thought was a stuffed animal that everyone signs but she's not a stuffed animal person.
