Hello all I want to give a gift to my mom because I appreciate everything she has done for me. Im very close with her and recently things haven't been too good for us. My grandma passed away 2 months ago today and it's still very saddening to us and the memorial is Thursday. Anyway i return to school tomorrow so this means I spent 5 months with her and I want to give her something as a thank you for everything she has helped with and things she's doing for the family. We (28F, 33M) agreed to adhere to the “traditional” anniversary gift list, which was easy with years 1 & 2 (paper & cotton), but this year is leather and I’m struggling. I got him $30 custom leather luggage tags because we (used to) travel together a lot, but I was hoping to get something a little more fun too.I thought wallet, belt, shoes, nice work bag, journal, iPad cover, catchall, keychain. Sunglasses in a leather case? He’s a beer drinker, so a flask doesn’t quite fit.He loves to cook (all cooking but lately loves grilling outside)—is there an opportunity there I’m missing?
