My boyfriend's birthday is in less than a week. I've already bought him two things that I know he'll like, but they're not exactly very useful. My boyfriend is really broke right now. He's in school and he had to quit his last job because it was sucking the life out of him. (12 hour shifts on the weekdays and he had to deal with really shitty people). He's been trying UberEats but it's not very popular in our city.So, I wanted to give him something more useful, because I know he desperately needs money. Would a gas card of Visa gift card be in poor taste to give him? I don't want him to feel bad, but I want to help him out more than just buying us food when we're out together.To give you some background on him: he hates that I have to buy stuff for us, even when I have money and he doesn't.
