Hey all. I don't even know what to say. I'm still processing the loss of a dear friend, we'll call him Jay. He died suddenly last week from a pulmonary embolism at 28 years old :/I need your help. Me and another friend, Bob, want to send a gift to Jay's mom and dad. Me, Bob, and Jay were really tight in high school. Specifically in Boy Scouts. We really pulled each other through it and all 3 of us got our Eagle scout award within the same year.Bob and I are struggling to think of something meaningful but not overly expensive. Additionally, we've both dug through old photos but have only found a few of all 3 of us and they're really not great... they're like low quality action shots from camping trips.Any of you have any ideas. The loss itself is hard enough. I'm really struggling for a meaningful idea.Thank you via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/h9tjg3/gift_for_the_parents_of_a_good_friend_who_passed/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Father day gift suggestion needed
I want to get my dad something really nice this year, I usually get whiskey but I want to fet something more. My younger sister died last year and this will be his first father's day having lost a child. I know he's still suffering a lot and is taking it hard. I never know what to ger him because he seems to have most things that he's interested in within a certain price point.I can't really afford to spend much more than £50 though if something is really worth it I might be able to stretch. He's into working on his car and DIY and that sort of classic dad stuff, but he already has lots of tools and stuff. He's also really into computers and tech but suspicious of things like alexa and other voice controlled stuff as well as Internet of Things devices because he's into online privacy and that sort of thing. He's not into clothes or anything like that, I genuinely don't think he has bought himself a new item of clothing other than a hat or gloves or anything in over 20 years and other people buy him clothes and he really doesn't care about how he looks. I really want to get him something more this year. He's always been loving but very unemotional, seeing him cry at my sisters funeral is something that I'll never forget and it's starting to set me off just typing this. I really want to get him something he's really like and that he'll use.I know it's hard to suggest things for people you don't know, but does anyone have any good ideas that I might not have thought of?Thanks via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/h9qz9p/father_day_gift_suggestion_needed/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Environmentally friendly gift.
Hi everyone,We deliver water to customers, and have been non-operational for a while. We want to throw something into the delivery, as a gift to our customers with their first orders. We were thinking of a covid-19 care package but most of our customers hate plastic and sanitizer would probably be in plastic.Any ideas would be great. Thank you so much. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/h9oz1p/environmentally_friendly_gift/?utm_source=ifttt
