My best friend and housemate just won a national award for being the best newcomer in his career field. Over the years of our friendship, I’ve bought/given lots of “special occasion” presents - personalised handcuffs for our graduation, special whisky bottles, a handmade scrapbook, etc etc - but this is such an enormous achievement that I feel I need something bigger and better. I’m on quite a tight budget, though, and need something that I can get hold of before he comes home from his conference on Wednesday!
