#gifts - #Can someone help me with an expensive gift idea for a teacher who saved my life

This teacher saved my life and he's leaving now and my parents and I want to get him a present between £200-500. Any ideas? via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2ueRcO3

#gifts - #What to get girlfriend of 2 years?

2 year anniversary is coming up (I'm 25m, she's 22f) in two weeks. I'm terrible at giving gifts. I love her and definitely show it on a day to day basis but gifting has never been my strong suit and I don't want it to seem like I have not put much thought into it.She's always been the sweet type and has gotten me a nice custom photo album for our first year anniversary. So I'm thinking something along those lines. She has also been hinting that she wants a smart watch or concert tickets or a weekend trip to Florida, but I feel like that's a bit pricey especially for a two year anniversary. I could be wrong, Idk?My budget is somewhere around $200 I suppose. What do you all think? via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2sVo5v6

#gifts - #A thank you present for a significant woman in my life, help please!

so it's my councilor and it's coming to the end of our therapeutic relationship and I want to give her a present to say thank you. there's a story i found that i'm originally thinking of getting frame thinking of getting framed, but i wrote an extension of that story that's really relevant and it leads into the thank you to her -it'll be too long so i scaped the idea.So i'm not sure how to present it though?i'm thinking of handwriting the story out on fancy paperpaper in quotations, going -author; then underneath writing my bit, then the thank you.I feel like a letter, even if long, is kind of facile for all the gratitude i have for her?i want to do something a bit more extra for it. can i please get some suggestions? thank you! via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2ueiwfa

#gifts - #Birthday Cake deliveries in State College, PA?

Hey! My girlfriend's birthday is coming up, and as I'm on the other side of the planet, I'm not going to be able to see her in person until two weeks after her birthday. I have already booked a table at a really romantic restaurant for when we do see eachother, as a birthday treat. She insisted that I shouldn't post something so far as we'll be seeing each other soon after. However, I do want her to have something nice on her birthday, so I wanted to get something delivered.I have done some research and flowers are very easy to have delivered, but I also and the idea to send her a cake. The problem is that her birthday is on a Monday, and from the research I have been doing, not many websites will deliver on Mondays. Does anyone know of any cake places in State College, PA where you can order cakes online? I'd prefer to have it delivered to her place, but if it's not too far she could probably pick it up too if I tell her there's a cake paid for and waiting for her there :) It's her 22nd birthday, and we've been in a relationship since March this year. via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2t7sBLb
