#gifts - #Help -- Cocktail Kit Recipes

For my roommates' gifts, I wanted to make them cocktail kits. Similar to the hot chocolate kits that are common, my idea is to buy the cup/glass typical for that drink, the alcohol, other mixes, and any garnishment. So for example, I was thinking of making a Moscow Mule kit for one roommate including the cup, vodka, ginger beer, and a lime. But I looking for other cocktail ideas, the more unique, the better! Thanks! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/ea00qe/help_cocktail_kit_recipes/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Looking for pretty bras in a size 34DDD/34F

I want to buy my wife some cute bras that aren’t too expensive. She wears a size 34DDD or 34F. She has been mentioning that she wants some bras that don’t look like “old lady bras” but they’re really hard to find in her size without taking a $75 gamble. Does anyone know a reputable site that I can find some on?She does have a couple from Victoria’s that she likes but they don’t give her enough support and she’s always adjusting. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9y2xl/looking_for_pretty_bras_in_a_size_34ddd34f/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #IM FREAKING OUT MAN - gift ideas needed for xmas

Originally I was making my bf a handmade scarf which I had been working on for the past 2 months only to have it get destroyed. 😢 😢 😢 I am a student with no income, I have a spare 20$ in case of an emergency (and I think this is about to be that emergency). I am so worried. He is such a hard worker and always showers me with love and gifts and I cant even get him something for the gift giving season. I don't even know what he would want at this point, I am totally stuck. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9y55s/im_freaking_out_man_gift_ideas_needed_for_xmas/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Gift Ideas for Local Bartender

I want to get my local neighborhood bartender a gift for Christmas as a sort of “thank you” and appreciation gift. Any ideas? I don’t want to do anything related to bartending because it’s their day job, not a hobby, and I’m sure they have everything they need. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9xhgw/gift_ideas_for_local_bartender/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Celebrating Christmas for the first time in YEARS, and cannot think of anything sentimental to gift BF (25M)

There's a bit of BG to this, but if you want to skip, there's a TLDR at the end!!!› To summarize this up as quickly as I can, I (22F), unfortunately, have not celebrated Christmas since I was 13 years old. My family stopped celebrating when I was fairly young due to extreme and complicated religious reasons. Over the years, Christmas became a really confusing and depressing season for me, and the spirit of the holiday faded away quickly. As I got older and ventured out into the world, I found myself surrounded by others who celebrated Christmas-- and with that came a painful reminder and a lot of anxiety. Every year, I'd inevitably find myself explaining to everyone why I wasn't celebrating with my family.I've been gifted a few things the last few years from friends, but haven't fully celebrated with a family since I was young. This year, I've found myself in a serious relationship. We've been together for 9 months so far and have been living together in a small apartment for 2 months now. He (25M) has brought me to all his family celebrations. Its been hard at times to ignore the lack of my family's presence, but he still makes sure I feel loved, included, and like I'm part of the family. He even keeps hinting at how him and his family are gonna spoil me for Christmas, and while it is super sweet, it also makes me JUST as anxious about the whole thing. Just the thought of him including me in his family's celebrations means more to me than anyone could ever know, and now I'm struggling to figure out how to return the favor.› TLDR; This will be our first Christmas together, and my first in a LONG time. He's trying to make this super special for me since I haven't celebrated in years, but I really don't know how to make this special for him as well. I'm bad at buying gifts and honestly just don't know how to do this. He's the type of person who buys what he needs or wants, so I've just been racking my brain this past month and I really don't know what to do. I really need help. He's really into travelling, hiking, and occasionally biking. He seems to have all the gear he needs right now, though, and we just got back from a spontaneous mini-vacay. So I'm not sure if there's something I'm overlooking or anything else I can do to help in this area.He really likes music and vinyls, but again, buys the ones he wants already. He also buys tickets to shows on a whim but his schedule is unreliable, so I'm at a loss on how to surprise him to concerts.Enjoys playing Xbox, but like I said, buys the games he needs. I recently got him an elite controller, so I'm wondering if there's any other gear I could get him? Is it wrong to get him a gift card?Like honestly what do guys like? Would it be lame if I got him clothes? Is it inappropriate to buy things we would both benefit from, such as a new shower curtain or coasters that he's hinted at wanting to get? I'm just worried those aren't really sentimental or something he'd be excited to receive and I'm just really nervous and probably overthinking all of this lmao.Any suggestions or advice would be super helpful and appreciated, and I apologise for rambling in this post! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9sbts/celebrating_christmas_for_the_first_time_in_years/?utm_source=ifttt

Christmas giftsIt has been my tradition the last few years to get my girls a new perfume for Christmas. #gifts - #“Dangerous” gift ideas for a 16 year old boy?

As I’m sure some of you are already concerned based on the title of this post, he lives in a rural area with lots of space to experiment and he will have supervision. My nephew is a clone of my brother, who loved all things dangerous while he was growing up. Nephew has been asking for road flares, a knife, and a fire extinguisher for the past several holidays. We’ve resisted buying him those sorts of things, but his mom has agreed to let him start experimenting more, and she will be there to supervise. My sister is getting him the flares, extinguisher, and some fire safe gloves.Any gift ideas that would get this sort of kid excited? I’d prefer something that he could learn from (maybe something science related?), but something like fireworks would work as a back up. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9ps62/dangerous_gift_ideas_for_a_16_year_old_boy/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Engraved gift ideas

I had originally planned on gifting my boyfriend an engraved lighter however he has recently stopped smoking and I feel it would be insensitive. I really want to get him something that he could use regularly or something funny however the message is inappropriate so it can’t be on something that is frequently out on show. #gifts - #I've got the buying power, now how do I find something nice for my coworkers?

I've been given the task to set up our Holiday party as well as purchasing gifts for our entire company. We are a small tech start up with only about 25 employees. It's a very laid back environment and everyone has a decent sense of humor.I'm supposed to spend around $50 on each employee but we want to stay away from anything typical (ie. Water bottles, company swag, coffee cups etc).Any unique and cool ideas for a bunch of nerds? My boss said I don't even need to run it by him, just buy things lolThanks in advance! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9nz1p/ive_got_the_buying_power_now_how_do_i_find/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #A gift for coworkers around 10-15$

So.. Me and my work team organise a party at a restaurant to celebrate The New Year and we got an idea: Everyone should buy a gift for a random coworker. In the party night we will draw a paper where will be written the person's name we need to give our gift, but we won't know if it is a man or a woman.. At the start i thought about buying a cool notebook and a pen.. But since this is my very first job, is it enough? I don't wanna think that i buy something simple and someones gives me a holy gift.. So my question for you guys is: Can you give me some gift ideas that are simple but anyone would like.. A best employer mug? Etc?Thanks in advance. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e9me5l/a_gift_for_coworkers_around_1015/?utm_source=ifttt
