I have a nephew whose birthday falls just as school starts, and this year he will be turning 13 and starting high school. He is very academic, kind of a serious kid, and loves math and science, and he’s also fond of hockey. I’m moving away before his birthday this year, so I need to start making arrangements for his gift now. Since he likes school so much, and starting high school is a big milestone, I thought it might be nice to give him something fun and/or useful for school. Is there anything that comes to mind? #gifts - #Looking for a gift for my mothers birthday

It's my mother's 53rd birthday in August and we will be on a cruise for it. I'm stuck for what to get for her that can be taken on the ship to give on the actual day.She's into home decor, gardening, crime / mystery books and TV, nights out, live music. Other things she shows interest in are clothes hair and makeup, but she's not confident in these areas so tends to stick to what she's used to.
