I am moving out of my country in September and I won't probably be back for at least 2-3 years. 4 days after I will have left there is going to be the birthday of a very very good friend, a girl whoI've known for the last 14 years (and I'm 19) and has always been the sister I never had (I have 3 brothers :)As I'm leaving I would like to give her a gift which she will remember. Nothing romantic though... have a jealous Gf.I want to thank her for everything, so budget isn't a problem. She is a very elegant person, likes fashion and sweets. Last year I got her some decorations from Swaroski.
