Hey y'all. My moms birthday is coming up. This upcoming Monday to be exact. I'm on reddit because me and my mom are close and by that I mean things used to be rocky for a couple of years and were working on it. It's a long story. Anyways, I just wanna get her something she'd really appreciate. I'm getting her the normal card and flowers. Wait, what do you all think are good flowers for a birthday? I know this seems dumb because yall dont know her either, but just any ideas would be appreciated.She's a hardworking nurse, loves her dogs, practices Christianity, and raised me by herself. Working herself nearly to death half the time when I was a kid. I know things have been rough between us and I know she doesnt forgive herself for the stuff that happened during the divorce when I was a kid but I just wanna give her something that shows her I really care and appreciate her and everything she has done for me. I mean let's face it, I really dont think I'd be where I am right now -typing this- if it wasnt for the work she did when I was a kid. Sorry to ramble, that was very personal and probably oversharing. Just any ideas would be appreciated.
