#gifts - #Worried about getting him a gift when he can buy himself something nicer??
So I’ve only been dating this guy 1.5 months but we both like each other a lot and are doing gifts. I was thinking a quilted vest because i knew he was interested in some but i don’t wanna spend more than $50 since we are so new, and i know his mom has great taste and would easily buy him a much better one.Are nice quality socks and a shower beer a better idea? Both things he’s shown interest in, i just also feel like it’s generic via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6sv1y/worried_about_getting_him_a_gift_when_he_can_buy/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #What are some alternative/untraditional Christmas gift ideas SO and I can get each other?
Pretty much what title says. Neither of us really want anything since we got what we wanted for ourselves during the black Friday and cyber Monday sales. What is something different we can do or get for each other for Christmas other than random gifts. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6s1la/what_are_some_alternativeuntraditional_christmas/?utm_source=ifttt
#gifts - #Music Therapy Gift Idea
Hi all,I’m really bad a buying people gifts. I need good ideas for a gift to buy a music therapist. She plays piano and guitar. I was thinking an engraved ukulele but I honestly don’t know.I want it to be something she will actually use, not just something that will get placed in a corner and collect dust.My budget is $250 but I’d be willing to go higher for anything that seems like an outstanding idea. Thanks everybody! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6rall/music_therapy_gift_idea/?utm_source=ifttt
#gifts - #Looking for a secret Santa gift for 50 year old father-in-law
My father-in-law is a simple man. He likes movies, Star Trek, sweets, salty snacks, talking about work, and falling asleep in his recliner. He works in heating and cooling and has every tool imaginable. Their mantel and table space is already loaded with plenty of nicknacks and tchotchkes. He doesn’t get out much aside from work. He likes fast food but I’ve only known him to go out to eat at an actual restaurant five times in the last ten years. He and my MIL like going to the casino when they get comped rooms but other than that they only leave the house for groceries. He recently had a knee replacement and is due for another before the new year. He was never a very physically active person and doesn’t have an interest in sports. He has everything he wants and needs. We are doing a $30 secret Santa with my husband’s family. I have no idea what to get this man. I’d love to get him something more than a movie or snacks. But my backup plan is a movie basket if I can’t find anything else. Any ideas? via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6rj58/looking_for_a_secret_santa_gift_for_50_year_old/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #My Dad Is As Boring As They Come And Hard To Buy For - Help!
My dad is 53. He is kind of a runner (used to do a lot of races, but lately he hasn’t), avid gym goer, football referee, softball umpire, works in the oilfield, hunts, fishes, he’s a griller, man’s man, and a hardcore sleeper. He’s pretty boring.. he sleeps, rarely is home, and when he is, he doesn’t talk about any of his work or hobbies and stays quiet. But most importantly, he’s obsessed with Alaska. So much so that my mom and he are going on their first 2 week Alaskan cruise this summer. While he has many hobbies and interests, he doesn’t get excited about things. He’s always serious. So you can never tell if he likes something even if it’s related to one of his hobbies/interests. So, that’s what makes it hard. While I know what he’s interested in, I’m still at a loss. #gifts - #Guys, help a bro out because I'm clueless, literally this guy's polar opposite
I am participating in a secret santa as a mid-ish aged chick with no kids. My target is a dad of three girls (aged 6-11). I want to get him a unique gift, not just some random legos and games. He says he likes gaming, legos, and his kids. Clarifications are that he does not like Ninjago legos. He games on PS4, PC, and Switch. He prefers single-player games and hasn't bought anything new since RDR2 (I have no idea what that is).I really don't want to disappoint but I am very out of my element (I'm more of a science and book nerd). So....If this was you, and you were my target, how do I hit a bullseye? via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6plng/guys_help_a_bro_out_because_im_clueless_literally/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #Gift suggestion for two good friends that are a couple
So I'm looking for a Christmas gift for two of my friends, a he and a she, they are a couple and have been living together for about one year now. I thought about getting something they can both enjoy, being on a somewhat tight budget (€25).I thought of a board game for couples, but i don't know if it is a bit silly or not.Any other ideas ? I'd want to get them something a bit more "special" of some sort, not like let's say a cup or a t-shirt for each of them. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6hdx3/gift_suggestion_for_two_good_friends_that_are_a/?utm_source=ifttt
#gifts - #Gift Tradition Ideas to start with my daughter
Hi Everyone. I had a daughter a few months ago and was thinking for this Christmas I'd like to start a tradition of giving her a specific type of gift each year and was looking for suggestions. For example, Hallmark does the series ornaments where they come out with a new one each year.It doesn't have to be something in a "series" but perhaps a gift where I can give her something similar each year. Like a variation of a toy princess statue or something.Does anyone have any recommendations? If it's a series or collectible, that's preferable. It would be cool I think for her to have a collection of something that she looks forward to building every year as a gift from her Dad.Thanks! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6hmnr/gift_tradition_ideas_to_start_with_my_daughter/?utm_source=ifttt
#gifts - #Looking for an experience gift for my (24M) boyfriend.
Hi all. I’m looking for an experience type gift like a workshop or show. We are in The Netherlands. We both love cooking and I would say we are pretty good for home cooks as we have both worked in kitchens before and got some experience there. My boyfriend also likes baking and bartending. Lately he has been staying at home a lot due to stress. This is why I rather go out and do something he likes with him instead of giving him a physical gift.I hope you know some good workshops or shows that I could take hime to. Thank you! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e6frfj/looking_for_an_experience_gift_for_my_24m/?utm_source=ifttt
