#gifts - #Gift for someone who doesn't treat themselves enough?

I have a hardworking grandmother who just never stops and I want to get her a good gift for Mothers Day (14 May here). She's not the type to take enough time for herself and is a bit unmotivated when it comes to self care in general (she cares for her disabled husband). I think she feels she should never come first. If I asked her what she wanted, she'd insist I don't buy her anything. Does anyone have suggestions?
