#gifts - #Need help with a cute/meaningful message for bf's gift?

Hi all,My boyfriend is getting his very first place and I am in search of a unique/meaningful housewarming present. I don't mind saving it for his birthday either.I have found a cool service that creates a print of the sky (that you can hang up in a picture frame) pertaining to a certain day you wish to remember/celebrate. I thought of using the day we first met or perhaps a day that both of us remember very fondly or maybe even sneakily asking him about the "top three days of his life he loves the most" and then just using one of those.HOWEVER, you are supposed to include a little message on the print and I am completely stumped on what to write. I don't want it to be overly cheesy or cringey, but still something cute. I thought of using the street address of the place we first met, but idk. Is that too impersonal?I've seen things like "I love you to the stars and back" or "you are my universe" but they seemed a little too lovey dovey for me. via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2qNGyZZ

#gifts - #Looking for gift ideas for my Hubby on our 5th anniversary.

The 5th anniversary is the wood anniversary so I was thinking about getting him an Old Timer knife--but he doesn't want one. I also ran the idea of a nice wood pen but he's not into that. He is a drafter for an engineering firm.Likes:The BearsThe CubsReadingGoing to the moviesCooking/Smoking/GrillingLooking to keep it around $15-20 but I'm willing to go up a bit.Our anniversary in the 11th so Amazon or something I can find locally would be best. via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2plJvQm

Hey guys!So I'm in a pretty bad place personally, and decided I should snap out of it by focusing on those around me.I'm a poor student in a pretty shaky situation (this my "bad place personally") so I can't afford actual gifts. What are some free, nice ways I can help my family? I'm the youngest, all my siblings are married with kids and live nearby.Any ideas are appreciated! via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2pRRDuV

#gifts - #Gift for girlfriend who has everything

Looking to buy something small for my girlfriend from amazon UK/ES, but I haven't been able to find anything. She's not the type who wants anything in general, so it is often hard. Last time i gave her a fire tablet which she is using a lot. This time i want to find something else.Any ideas? It could be jewellery, books, electronics etc. No limits via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2qD6R7Y

#gifts - #Help in buying my office a leaving gift at the end of placement!

Hello r/Gifts,I've been on year long placement with an engineering company and I'll be leaving in July. The placement students in my department have previously always got something for the office when they leave as we are quite close knit. In the last couple of years the students have:*got a caricature done of everyone in the department *written poems *bought everyone individual personalised giftsSo I have quite a lot to live up to! I was going to bake a cake and buy a card for my last day but I don't think that's enough, and I'm not creative enough to write a poem or a song. Everyone in my office is really friendly, and we're all quite jokey with each other. We get on very well and I will miss them when I leave. I figured I'd spend £20-30 on it in total but I have absolutely no idea where to start.Any advice would be appreciated :) via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2pkrTED

#gifts - #Gift Ideas For People In Japan

Hello. I need some ideas of items to put in a gift basket and send to some people I buy items from in Japan. I have been dealing with a seller on discogs for sometime now and they are so great and amazing people, I would really like to send them a nice gift basket or a box of goodies thanking them for their services, but I have no idea what to send. I am from the U.S by the way. Any information is helpful. via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2pk8un5
