#gifts - #Overwhelmed Friends
I have two very close female friends who both suffer from immense overwhelm and brutal anxiety. One is on meds and the other is not. There isn’t much I can do for either of them besides be there when they need me to just be there but I would like to get some kind of empowering and supportive non-religious gift to show them that I am thinking of them, that I believe in them and that I am with them/there for them even when I am not physically there. Something visible/tangible to maybe help them remember or focus on their own inner strength in those intense moments of anxiety or after they come out of it, when it’s so easy for them to forget how wonderful and amazing they are. They are both moms in their late 30s to three children, two in each family have challenges. One has a 10 year old daughter with ADD/ADHD and severe anxiety and a 7 year old son with a chronic physical illness. The other has a teenager on the autism spectrum and a 5 year old on the autism spectrum. They do not know each other so the same gift wouldnt be weird. So far the only thing I have found are bracelets on Amazon with empowering sayings but that doesnt feel like the right thing. Please, no inspirational coffee mugs - they are one of the most prolific gifts on the planet. 😂I am looking at spending up to $25 each. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ❤️ via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/em4xj2/overwhelmed_friends/?utm_source=ifttt
#gifts - #Gift for 14 year old friend
I have a very good friend who is 14. He uses apple products, and just got an iPhone XR to replace his 11, and he has Airpods. He also has a big and open house (Mentioned in case there is anything that needs space). He likes Mario Kart, and has a Wii and PS3. He loves basketball, and plays it a lot. There is a lot of open space very close to his house, so something outdoors is fine, as is anything indoors. He also listens to music on his Airpods a lot. He mainly plays games on his phone, and his favorites are Pokemon Go, Mario Kart, and Clash Royale. Lastly, he loves going out with friends, mostly around town. If there is any other information needed, please ask.Budget : $60, but not firm. If there is a gift that I really like above that, I will think about it, so suggest anything. What can I get my 14 year old friend for his birthday? via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/em3hrh/gift_for_14_year_old_friend/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #A handrawing!
Guys, I (m) usually hang out with my friends (1m, 2f). Our birthdays are coming up (really close to each others) and this is the first time we exchange gifts. I overheard the girls are paying for a handrawing of my portrait (I believe it'd be really realistic and cool), and I'm afraid I can't think of anything as special to give them in return. Can you guys help me out? A little low on budget so nothing too expensive would be nice! Thanks! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/elu5h4/a_handrawing/?utm_source=ifttt

#gifts - #A gift idea for a retiring Univercity professor
Hello guys and girls. My univercity professor is retiring after 35 years of teaching. Since we're his last students we want to buy him a farewell gift. #gifts - #Gift for quirky childhood friend
So I have this friend (f), who was in the same kindergarden and school as me, and now we are studying in the same university. We are not very close, but we still find time to see each other. She became a huge k-pop fan lately, she's really into Korean cosmetics (but I don't feel confident about gifting them because a lot of them have bleaching effect) and she occasionally watches reverse harem animes and Fairy Tail. She has two cats and loves to wear cat-related accesories. She wants to eat healthy and do exercises on regular basis. She also likes table games and sometimes tasty alcohol drinks. The main problem here is that I can't buy her something expensive 'cause I can't afford it.
