So I recently started working at an ice cream shop and I've gotten close with (and started crushing on) one of my coworkers. He's around 20 and he moved from England to the US all by himself 2 years ago. I know he misses home and his family a lot.I'm fortunate enough to travel to Paris and London with my family for 10 days next week, and I want to bring back something from London for my coworker friend/crush. I want to give him something that will remind him of home. So I was wondering, what kind of things do British people miss most from home that I can bring back and isn't too extravagant? Is there anything that you can only find in England and not in the US?I've already thought of bringing back Cadbury chocolates, but that might be too generic. It started mostly as a way to work through depression and get back to being creative... without realizing it, I fell in love with life again:) I'm left handed, a little bit esoteric and for me creativity IS life, hence the tag line.
