Hello there,I need advice fpr a gift for my dad. The problem here is that he doesn't really has hobbies. On the one hand he is a quite intelligent person and on the other hand he isolates himself and doesn't searches for friends or any other human contacts than me - his only daughter. My parents got divorced a long time ago and he passed through depressions since then. He always was a cineast and loved to look movies. Until streaming portals I always had the oppotunity to gift him DVDs but he doesn't even use them anymore since you can watch anything on PC via streaming portals. He is quite stressed from work and even doesn't want to go to cinema because "all the new things are badly made" what means for me, I can't introduce him to new things. I tried to get him watch stranger things - he really would like it - but he is not interested in anything. To be honest I am very concerned about him and his self chosen isolation and I can't figure out what to do about it or what to get him for birthday. I really love my father and I would like to make him a nice gift but it gets harder from year to year... Has anyone ideas or does live in a comparable situation?
