Hello! First of all, I'm surprised this is a sub. I just took a gamble, not expecting anything, but I'm glad this sub exists because I have no idea what to get my best friend. She's going to France for 6 weeks and she'll be there for her birthday so I want to get her a send off/birthday present, preferably related to travel. She usually hits it out of the park with her gifts and last year I gave her something homemade which was fine, but nothing too special so I want to make this one really good. Also before anyone suggests it, I've decided against getting her a travel journal because I don't think she'd really use it and also I have given her a journal before.Edit: If it helps, she will be turning 20. My boyfriend has a catahoula dog that he loves more than anything. I enjoy taking photos, and I met him one week after he got her as a puppy, so it's fair to say that she's in a lot of them. I started taking photos of him holding her in his arms like a baby, and when I realized I had a growing collection of these, I made a point to intentionally snap a photo whenever he held her like this. I have about 80 photos now of him holding her, in different cities, with different clothes and hairstyles. It's really a neat collection.He's anti-materialist, and explicitly doesn't want me to buy him anything, so a set of photos seems like a good gift. The only question is what to do with them, other than just make a slideshow?I don't want to simply print them out in a book.Any ideas?
