Second post in the span of ten minutes, bear with me.I (22F) have been in a relationship with the most amazing guy (25M) for a few months. I love giving gifts and in the past have been in abusive and/or unhealthy relationships where i always got my SO an elaborate gift that I put my heart into. At one point after three years of dating my ex had never given me a gift for birthdays, holidays, etc. so i gave him money to get me something small and he spent it on drugs.Now I am with an incredibly considerate, thoughtful and kind guy who does a lot for me. He mentioned today that he is excited to give me my Christmas present and I got worried. His birthday is early December and Christmas is (obviously) right afterward, so I need two gifts. I am usually really good at picking out thoughtful, useful and meaningful gifts within my budget but now I feel all sorts of pressure and cant think of anything besides what he expressed that he wanted— underwear and socks!I plan on getting him the underwear and socks, but I want to get him something he loves as well. Something that will show him that I appreciate everything he does for me, which like I said is a lot.I’m drawing a blank. He loves video games but only has a switch right now. He loves sneakers but we have totally different styles and I don’t want to risk it. He loves to cook and to eat. He loves ASOIAF and Star Wars but has expressed being disappointed with Star Wars in recent years (he has read some of the books that became non-canonical). He loves comfort and a clean environment. The drama - My wife loves animals. Last year I took her to interact with lemurs and this year I was going to take her to cage dive with sharks. We would’ve had a photo package and everything. I need help!! Usually I am really good at gifting but this year I'm stumped. My husband's birthday is a few days after Christmas.
