/r/Gifts, I feel very out of my depth right now.This is my situation: I am meeting my girlfriend's mother for the first time this upcoming weekend. We have been dating for a few months now and are traveling to her hometown for her mother's birthday. I feel like I should definitely get her mom a gift but I have no clue as to what. I don't know what would even be considered appropriate to give her and what would be considered weird.
