Need gift ideas for an incredibly inspirational teacher

I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible, but a little backstory is needed.I [20/F] dropped out of high school when I was 16. When I was 19 I made the decision to go back and get my credits through an alternative school for adults that offers a credit program. When I first got there I didn't have a whole lot of confidence in my academic abilities, nor did I have a real idea of what I wanted to do once I got my credits. I figured I'd just go to college and do a trade of some sort - not anything I'm passionate about, just something that would turn a paycheck. Enter Mr. Motivation.I had Mr. M for English class in my first semester there, and throughout that semester we would have long talks about my work (which he loved), my hopes and dreams and everything in between. He helped me build confidence in myself towards my academic potential and completely changed how I felt about what I could accomplish after I get my high school credits. Even though he isn't teaching me this semester I still visit his classroom regularly for a chat and some words of wisdom. Thanks to him I'm now going through the application process to several different universities across the country, and I honestly couldn't be more excited. I can't describe what a positive impact he's had on my life and mentality over the past year, so much so that I'm tearing up as I write this. I'm set to graduate in a couple months (with honours, scholarships and the whole nine yards), and I wouldn't feel right if I didn't get him something to show how much I appreciate his support. A simple thank you just won't cover it.I'm definitely going to write him a little something telling him how absolutely thankful I am for everything he has done for me, but I also want to get him some sort of gift. He's an older guy (mid 50s), but still very energetic and active. He is hands-down the most positive person I've ever met, loves hockey, playing golf, coffee and anything positive or motivational.Any suggestions for a small meaningful gift for this wonderful man would be appreciated!TLDR: Dropped out of high school, went back to finish a few years later, met an incredible teacher that instilled so much confidence in me, want to get him a gift. He loves hockey, playing golf, coffee and anything positive and motivational. via /r/Gifts http://bit.ly/2kxwdAZ
