TLDR: I need a gift that will keep my dad occupied. Like a mind teaser puzzle with many games or sets. Something like a puzzle cube is neat but once those are solved one time they aren't as interesting. He is not the best with tech so I'm not looking for an app.My father works all day (restaurant cook), goes to gym, and watches tv/ soccer. That is pretty much his whole day, 6 days a week. He doesn't really have hobbies or things he does for fun. He will go with us to the movies sometimes but that's maybe twice a month. He also has a gambling problem with scratchers. He works and its his money so we don't really say much. He does not borrow or "overspend" money he doesn't have. He is hard working and a good father so we don't say anything.I think he does it out of boredom. Whenever we fix things around the house or have things to do he rarely goes out to buy scratchers. Whenever hes got nothing to do he'll make multiple trips to the store to buy tickets. So I want to buy him a mind teaser for his birthday. Hopefully one that can be played over and over again. I remember a friend of mind had one with cars where he would pick a card, set up cars like the picture, and had to move the pieces and let the car out. I was going to get him a Pentominoes but I didn't find one with solution cards that he can check off solutions as he finds them. via /r/Gifts http://ift.tt/2r0Quyq
