Hi there, my assistant is about to go off for a 1 year maternity leave with her 2nd child, a boy. She's so much more than my assistant though. Our relationship is platonic but she really means the world to me and we've become close over the past couple of years.I've never been a very good gift giver so I'm hoping for some help. I'm looking to spend up to a couple hundred dollars. I was hoping to find a gift that will show her how much I appreciate her, her dedication to work, how much I'll miss her, her friendship, and to celebrate her new son. To complicate things just a bit, there's a chance I'll be offered a new role within our company that would see me move away before she returns to work.
