Rookie gifter here. There's a girl I'm close friends and I've prepared something completely homemade as her 18th birthday gift. She's not a materialistic person but as the gift sits on my shelf waiting to be given to her I'm starting worry that it's too small/little/impractical/whatever.I'm planning to give her the first and so far only physical copy of an EP of original songs I wrote with handwritten liner notes (she already knows she's getting this at some point, just not for her birthday so it should be a bit of a surprise). There's going to be a hidden track at the end of the CD, which is a short piano piece I wrote for her. I'm also including a copy of the sheet music (handwritten) and a letter in an A4 envelope.
