Edit: this post was incorrectly flaired as gift suggestions for my boyfriend! It’s for a family of 4, ages below. Sorry!I’m “adopting” a family for Christmas this year through my company. I’m a 25F and childless, so I’m a little out of touch when it comes to the needs and wants of teenage boys and toddlers! My boyfriend has offered to chip in, and my family has decided to scale back majorly on Christmas this year, so thankfully that’s freed up more cash for me, but I’d like to source affordable items so I can fulfill everything on their lists and maybe then some.I don’t quite understand some of the items they are requesting, so hopefully some of you can do a better job at interpreting their wants! And if you have any suggestions on where to shop for the clothes, that would be much appreciated. Here goes:Woman (age unspecified) - wants clothes, gift cards. Amazon gift cards are best, right? And for the clothes... any suggestions on nice, warm basics?Boy, age 4 - super sonic or big crane (??? What are these?) Legos, puzzles, books (what are some recommended/cherished books for 4 year olds?) also, do 4 year olds play uno or connect 4? Was thinking those might be fun and inexpensive to add..Boy, age 17 - tablet, game coat.... ok what is a game coat and where can I find an affordable one? Lol I have no clue when it comes to teen boy fashion. And any suggestions on where to find a discounted tablet?Boy, age 2- leap frog, cars, blocks. I have 2 year old nephews so this one is actually a breeze for me, but I’ll still take suggestions on best toy cars and blocks :)I definitely want to throw in some cute sweaters and t shirts for the boys. I like the offerings at Zara for kids, but if anyone had better suggestions for 17 year old, please let me know!!Thanks so much in advance! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/7ed68y/adopting_a_family_for_christmas_need_help/?utm_source=ifttt
