I have a nephew whose birthday falls just as school starts, and this year he will be turning 13 and starting high school. He is very academic, kind of a serious kid, and loves math and science, and he’s also fond of hockey. I’m moving away before his birthday this year, so I need to start making arrangements for his gift now. Since he likes school so much, and starting high school is a big milestone, I thought it might be nice to give him something fun and/or useful for school. Is there anything that comes to mind?
