So I am an avid programmer and I work with a ton of different development environments, electronics, and programming languages. My anniversary AND my girlfriend's birthday are both coming up, and since she is super into arts and crafts, she always gets me personal custom gifts. I want to take what I know how to do and make her some different things that she'd like. She recently sent me a post in which someone made an app in which when the girlfriend pressed a button, it turned on a light in his room letting him know she wanted to talk/wanted attention. I would love to do something of the same caliber but obviously I don't want to reuse a very unique gift idea. Would anyone have any ideas? Even if it's crazy or seems complicated, I'd love to hear it and try it out.
