Had a crush on a guy for about four years, went through years 8-12 with him. I told him I liked him two years back, and although he didn't feel the same way, he didn't change the way he acted towards me and has always been nothing but nice towards me. I know he wants to travel to southeast Asia at some point before going to uni, and I wanted to get him a gift related to that. The lonely planet books seem good but a little cliché...any ideas?If it means anything, he's quiet/shy, and relatively reserved, so I was thinking something subtle that's aimed at the culture of the region.Budget isn't really an issue.
