Hello! My friends and I are doing Secret Santa this year and our price limit is $30 and we post wishlists and I don't know what to ask for.The issue is that if I want something, I will go ahead and research it extensively, and then buy the best one for myself at the most optimal price. I basically have everything I already want or need. I'm scared that if I ask for something vague, that I will receive a gift that I don't think is worth $30. I understand that it's the thought that counts but I just want to make the most of my wishlist. For reference, I am also someone who prefers practical gifts. I would ask for books but I am in the middle of moving and cannot commit to buying physical novels rather than ebooks right now. I don't really wear jewelry nor do I often need more makeup. I don't need any more mugs, mittens, hats, scarves, nor gloves etc. since I am trying to declutter and already have many. I don't need anymore stationary, don't need a water bottle, don't need travel gear, don't need little knick-knacks. So far, on my list, I have lots of chocolate and face masks. I was thinking of asking for car necessities such as a phone stand or aux cord - but then again, I would rather research the best items and buy them myself. I am fully aware that I sound very picky. Any ideas? Please help! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/9uta5t/gifts_under_30_for_my_wishlist/?utm_source=ifttt
