For context, I’m a 23 year old female who has been on the fast track within a company that I’ve been with for less than 2 years now (yes, I’m bragging) and I owe a large amount of my success to a superior that I’ve created a mentor/mentoree relationship with. He’s not my boss and I don’t report to him but he is a higher up within the company. We just clicked when he started about a year and it’s been great.
