Our family has an Xbox and a Switch and my 5 year old is starting to get into video games. He's asked for several games but hasn't asked for anything "large." We want to get him something big (doesn't have to be expensive!) to put under the tree because his 10 year old sister is getting a "hoverboard" (yes, I know they technically don't hover). So we just want him to have that same wow factor on Christmas morning since a copy of Just Dance 2019 isn't quite as "ooh" and "ahh" worthy. ;)Edit for more specifics: He has a bike but there's not a lot of space outside of where we live for him to ride on things that much. Plus, it's cold and all that right now. He likes electronics and I've seen some of those robot toys that introduce programming but I don't know if he's old enough to understand how to quite work them? He's not into Legos or building toys really. Is there a musical instrument that's appropriate for a 5 year old? Open to all kinds of ideas! Wife and I are drawing blanks. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/a3xfqb/what_to_get_a_5_year_old_boy_who_likes_gadgets/?utm_source=ifttt
