Hi! I wondered if this sub could help at all, my MIL is starting breast reconstruction in a week or so after having cancer, and me and my husband would like to send her a gift. At the moment my husband isn't talking to me, as he doesn't like the fact that I disagree with buying her £70 worth of soap esenitally! No one really has a whole lot of money in our families, so I have tried to compromise saying we can spend £70, but on something a bit more useful than £70 worth of soap products. I'm stumped as for what to suggest, so am open to any suggestions, possibly things to help make recovery somewhat easier for her.
