Back when we were together, my ex gave me a Pandora charm. When we broke up, I told him to take it back, but he didn't want it. I got stuck with keeping it, but I don't want it.I gave Pandora my bracelet to polish/clean and got the call to pick it up today. Should I ask the associate if I could exchange it? Would they even let me? It's a charm from 2016, but not a discontinued one.
