I desperately need ideas for gifts/prizes in the $50 - $200 price range to incentivize employees to participate in my work's occupational/industrial safety program.The gifts must be justifiably safety related. (Ex: They gave away coolers before because they encouraged hydration.)They cannot be something you have to plug in or charge.They cannot be gift cards.They are typically for home/personal use.I'm really competitive so I want my local safety program to have the best incentives.
