For my Mum's birthday this year we have got her a middle name. For anyone interested it's her maiden name, she's very close with her family so it's a nice link to that side and she's said she'd like it before in passing. She was never given one and always felt left out with her siblings who all had one. We've got the paperwork done to change her name but I was wanting to get her a gift which is linked to a new name.
