#gifts - #I've given scavenger hunts to several different people, ages 17 to 64, and they've all enjoyed them (or so they say, anyway). Link to the one I bought in the text, or you could prob make your own.

Lately this has been my go-to gift for people who are hard to buy for. This company has set up scavenger hunts in cities all around the world. You buy a "ticket" and it entitles the recipient to do a scavenger hunt in the city of their choice any time in the next 2 years. When you redeem a ticket, the app sends you clues to follow. It will lead you to historical places, public art installations, and other points of interest. It will also send you trivia questions, photo challenges, and other extras along the way.It typically takes about an hour and a half, walking maybe 1-2 miles altogether. You can stop along the way for snacks or shopping, etc. if you want to be more leisurely. They suggest that you buy a ticket for everyone that's going, but you don't have to, you can just have it on one phone if you want to save money. As far as we could tell the clues were the same, and the only thing you got with more devices was more trivia question and those sorts of extras. You could probably also just make your own, although this one is usually on sale for $11 and it's nice to be able to send it to people who are out of town.https://www.letsroam.com/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=holiday+interest+us&utm_content=specific via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/e28fms/ive_given_scavenger_hunts_to_several_different/?utm_source=ifttt
