My brother is on his way out of training, I've heard that recently he is a fan of rock climbing and surfing. Last year I got him a dumb gag gift, and he gave me a high end watch and clothes to give me better options for dressing up than I've had.I really want to get him something that is high quality, useful, and meaningful. I'm reaching out here for a starting point. He is also a history person, and I've looked at vintage war stuff, but I'm straying away because it's collectable, and he won't be able to really have a decorative living space for a while.I'm not looking for any essentials, because I know he already has everything he needs. What I want are ideas for cosmetic and secondarily useful/convenience type gear.
