I'm guessing this is posted all the time. Unintentionally, I'm very difficult to buy for and really struggle to think of things when asked for birthdays/Christmas etc. In a lot of ways it's good to not be able to think of stuff you want, but I feel dumb not knowing what to say and it does make it more likely I'll get something that just doesn't interest me.I'm not super minimalist, but I don't generally buy loads of extra stuff, and I won't upgrade something until what I already have can't be used anymore (or breaks). My hobbies generally don't require me to buy extra things to keep doing them (i.e. I don't game) and a lot of the normal "go-to" things people suggest (Alcohol, Tea/Coffee etc.) don't appeal to me. Sometimes you can ask for money as a gift, but I don't want to always ask for that, plus it is nice to receive actual physical things. Obviously, I can't force myself to come up with stuff I want though. What can I do from here? Are there any websites that are good for browsing? I am trying to make a note of things I feel I'd like, but currently can't afford/don't feel like buying (big and small) etc., but it's slow going. Any suggestions/thoughts are appreciated. Thanks. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/g8zx6i/im_terrible_to_buy_for_what_to_do/?utm_source=ifttt
