One of my best friends is turning 16 tomorrow and I have nothing! She was originally going to have a little shopping trip at the mall and a sleepover, but due to quarantine and everything being shut down we obviously can’t do that. I was just going to pay for some of her clothes as her gift (she wanted me to to do that) so I didn’t buy anything. Its going to be a while until we’re off quarantine so she just canceled the whole thing and we’re going to have a group facetime. I could just get her a gift card to one of her favorite places, but since this is her sweet 16 and she’s totally missing out on what a sweet 16 should be, I want to do something more. I’ve known her for about 13 years now (no that’s not a typo!) so I could do a collage, but I did that last year! She’s a pretty girly girl and likes the beach. She has a great sense of humor was well. I want to get her something that is useful, and won’t just go to the back of her closet. I know this is very hard but I’ll take any suggestions! Worst case scenario I just make an extra special card and a gift card. I should also add that she lives a couple blocks away from me so I don’t have to worry about shipping the gift or anything.TL;DR - I need a gift for a 16 year old girl asap.
