#gifts - #Mother's day gift ideas?

I am a 28F that lives 2.5 hours away from my parents. I haven't worked in almost 3 months so I have absolutely no money to spend. I want to make something for my mom for mother's day, but idk what. I don't have construction paper to make a card, but I do have printer paper, markers, crayons, and colored pencils. Plus, I can hardly draw a stick figure lol. I would like to cross stitch something for her but patterns aren't free and idk what I'd make....and I'm still pretty new to cross stitch. With the pandemic, there's no telling whether or not ill be back to work by then. I'm considering going to visit and just doing house work and cooking dinner. I'd love to take her to a movie (she hasn't been to a theater in who knows how long so she hasn't discovered the reclining seats yet)...and there's no telling whether theaters will be open by then. She does have her ears pierced but has a MASSIVE earring collection...which she has worn maybe 1/4 of.Any ideas? via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/g6i50f/mothers_day_gift_ideas/?utm_source=ifttt
