#gifts - #Is it okay to make food as a gift for my 25F sister's birthday?

I (14m) was planning on heading to my sister's apartment (co-owned by brother), and making food as a gift for all of them. Technically, it's an early gift as her actual birthday is next week. The food in question is eggs, (likely hard-boiled) with corn on the cob as a side, (personal) sandwiches as snacks; and fresh tangerines' juice as a refreshment. I'm not good at cooking in anyway, and am currently pretty broke, so I thought I'd make a complementary-easy dish, therefore not doing actual presents. She's given the go ahead that she's happy with the food, but I'm not sure if it's breaking any sort of convention, and/or being rude in anyway? Feedback is appreciated. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/gno1tp/is_it_okay_to_make_food_as_a_gift_for_my_25f/?utm_source=ifttt
