I know it's a weird circumstance to want to give your seller a gift since you're already giving them thousands of dollars. It's my first home and I don't own much of anything. A bed, a tv, some kitchen supplies and clothes. That's about it. They're leaving me another TV, some furniture and an almost brand new washer and dryer and won't accept money for it. So I wanted to say thank you but can't think of anything to do for them. He's a retired Police officer and is moving to Oklahoma to manage his cousins businesses.
