Bit of context so there are no confusionsRecently I found myself to have worked at the same place for almost 10 years - from when I was 14/15 male as a summer casual to recently as a part-timer/casual during my university years (although the very recent pandemic changed a lot of things)I was able to get quite close to one of my older colleagues (50s) there as we lived in the same area and she was always able to give me lifts home when I worked late. As someone who still doesn't drive, I have always appreciated this. We also have very similar hobbies such as books, similar culture/food, and surprisingly baking. As such, we are quite close (at least I like to think so) and I respect her like my mum. She also helped me greatly when I was struggling with depression with my family and anxiety with my studies. Her birthday is coming up in September and I wanted to gift her something a bit more different - I used to just bake treats such as watermelon cakes and maybe the occasional Parker Pen.I'm a guy and I don't have a girlfriend so I have no idea what females like. My idea of gifts for females stop at jewellery and makeup. I didn't ask her upfront what she's wants because I don't want to put her on the spot or feel weird for 'requesting me for something'.Also don't want to force her to want something from me so just hoping some people here can give me some ideas since I'm absolutely stumped. My budget is around $300 AUD and will try to answer any questionsThanks via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/ifnikq/guy_absolutely_stumped_what_females_would_like/?utm_source=ifttt
