Hi! I am looking for any gift ideas for my mother whose birthday is on the 25th August! I decided to go for a different route this time when choosing gifts as I normally do homemade things but now I have got a job so I can save up to buy something nice.My mum is paralysed from the neck down so she uses a wheelchair which means specific go to gifts may not be as great for her, for example, she used to love luxury brand bags but now she has no use for them or Pandora bracelets as she doesn't wear much of those anymore.She does love thin, patterned scarves but she has quite a collection already, and overall she likes elegant, pretty things that also look expensive (?not sure how to describe). She also likes jewellery but normally earrings that are long and noticeable but elegant and have closed backs so they don't poke her.Personalised items are cute too but photo albums or frames aren't ideal as she wouldn't be able to go through them.Overall, I guess she is someone who likes to look beautiful and presentable at all times!So far, I have looked for pretty scarves and closed back earrings but have found none that I think she would like so if anyone has any suggestions that may not even be linked to scarves or earrings, please please help me out!!I apologise for bombarding random bits of information, I'm just trying to throw as many interests of hers.Also, sorry this post is so long! via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/i6bsbo/i_17f_need_gift_ideas_for_my_mother_42f_please/?utm_source=ifttt
