Hi all,My manager whom I really respect and take as an inspiration is leaving us for another position this week. I am very bad at gift ideas and been wondering what I could give him before he leave. He is a really youthful and chilled young manager. So, I don't wanna give him those regular mugs, cards kind of gifts. I want to give him something youthful close to his mind. He smokes, so I was thinking I could possibly give him a good looking lighter or something. But I would love to hear more ideas from y'all.
