My brother's birthday is coming up and I'd like to send him something he'll actually enjoy using instead of a gift card, etc. He is about to finish up his PHD in physics (he's a genius) and he loves to cook, so I figured I could get him something that combines the two? The issue is I know close to nothing about physics. He also loves Neil DeGrasse Tyson but I think he already has every book/video he's ever released.
