#gifts - #Gift Ideas for quantum physicist boyfriend (23M)

Hi there! So, my boyfriend is a physicist, and he's recently been obsessed with toruses (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torus if you're interested) in his personal geometry thoughts. Something that I've found super cool about toruses is that they sort of tie our interests together: him, who is a very logic-motivated deep-thinker, and me, an artist who, while not fully believing in anything, is super interested in spirituality and the unseen meanings of life that don't necessarily correspond to the laws of science. Toruses have huge significance in nature: every human has its own "toroidal flow" of energy, the heart gives off a torus-shaped electromagnetic field, you can see toruses throughout nature. Super cool stuff.Anyway, I'm trying to plan some Christmas gifts, and I would like to bring this connection in somehow. I see lots of torus jewelry on Etsy, but my boyfriend isn't really into jewelry with pendants. I was wondering if y'all had any creative ideas for ways I could incorporate this shape into something a young man would like/use. I'd like for it to be something he can kinda carry with him and hold. via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/jranhn/gift_ideas_for_quantum_physicist_boyfriend_23m/?utm_source=ifttt
