I love gift shopping and I always wish I could afford to buy more. I was in Superdrug yesterday and I found these little beauty gift sets for 49p each so I bought 7 for little additional Christmas gifts (4 different kinds) as I always give multiple gifts and I'm guessing (it didn't say what they originally cost) they would have cost me a minimum of £3 each (probably more) full price saving me about £16/£17 and I've just ordered £70 worth of stuff for £15.10 (4 Christmas gifts, one birthday gift, 2 baubles and something for me). I've also bought 2 purses (£2.40 and £3 instead of £8 and £10 ) and a toy for £2.50 that was supposed to be £5+ I've even picked up 3 books (£1 each) in really good condition from a charity shop as well as a DVD for 50p, a photo frame for 99p and a candle holder for £1.49 I'm really hoping that this is all okay because I'd never have been able to get this much at full price in shops and still be able to get more (friends usually get £15-£20 and parents up to £50) so I'm actually really excited to see what I can get doing it this way and by starting this early I might be able to budget more if I can't find anything in sales or charity shops too :P via /r/Gifts https://www.reddit.com/r/Gifts/comments/hus4kg/is_it_okay_to_buy_gifts_in_the_sale_and_in/?utm_source=ifttt
